THE AUXILIARY MEDAL OF OPERATIONAL MERIT

TO

(GEORGE WASHINGTON)

UNITED STATES COAST GUARD AUXILIARY

Auxiliarist (GEORGE WASHINGTON) is cited for outstanding operational performance in support of the United States Coast Guard and Coast Guard Auxiliary from (MONTH YEAR to MONTH YEAR). Auxiliarist (WASHINGTON) demonstrated outstanding operational competence and technical expertise as District Operations Officer.  While performing as Operations Officer for Division 4 and Flotilla 42, he dispatched in excess of 1039 Auxiliary patrols, including standby ready boats for rescue swimmer training and on the water operational training for the United States Coast Guard. As Chief Operations Examiner Coordinator for District 13, Auxiliarist (WASHINGTON) developed and instituted a quality program training Coxswains and boat crews. Additionally, He directed numerous training and qualification exercises for boat crews with the joint Navy & Coast Guard “Operation Seahawk”. While fulfilling these multiple offices, Auxiliarist (WASHINGTON) performed in excess of 1850 mission hours demonstrating outstanding commitment and dedication.  Auxiliarist (WASHINGTON) has exhibited superior performance as an Operations Liaison Officer with Group Port Angeles, (WASHINGTON) from (YEAR to YEAR). His knowledge, skill and insistence on adherence to the highest standards of the United States Coast Guard have reflected most favorable on his efforts.

Auxiliarist Washington’s dedication, judgment and devotion to duty are most heartily commended and are in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Coast Guard and the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
